Rise + Shine: Slow Flow Yoga Series

July 13 – August 31, 2022

This 8-week Slow Flow Yoga series is a great way to connect with your body, breath + heart as you start your day. You will likely feel more grounded, energized and present after each session. Some yoga experience is recommended.

WEDNESDAYS

7:00am – 8:00am EST

LOCATION: Millenium Park
* If it’s raining then the session is on Zoom. I’ll send an email the night before or the morning of at 6:15am.

INVESTMENT: $180.00 + tax (for the entire series)

Spa Yoga + Meditation Series

January 11 – March 22, 2022

This 11-week Spa Yoga (gentle stretch yoga) + meditation series is a great way to end your day AND reset for the week. Take time to slow down + connect with yourself as you tune into the wisdom of your body, heart and breath. Learn tools to soothe your nervous system, release stress + anxiety, and let go of tension in your body and your mind.

TUESDAYS

7:30 – 8:45pm EST

LOCATION: Zoom

INVESTMENT: $255.00 + tax (for entire series)

These weekly drop-in classes are designed to help you reduce stress, feel more grounded + relaxed and at ease in your life. Enjoy a nourishing Spa Yoga class or a relaxing meditation session. Learn ways to connect more deeply with your body, breath + heart.

SPA YOGA – MONDAYS at 7:00pm (60 mins)

BREATH + MEDITATION – coming May 2022 (45 mins)

What: A 90 Day Mindfulness Program designed to help prevent burnout. Learn tools and tips to help YOU:

RELAX & UNWIND SERIES

This gentle stretch yoga + meditation series is designed to help you release stress and tension in the body + mind. Slow down, tune in and connect with your body + breath. You can expect to feel more grounded, balanced and deeply relaxed. This is a wonderful way to end the day.

RISE + SHINE SERIES

This flow yoga series is a great way to jumpstart your day! Each session is 60mins and seeks to help you feel more grounded, energized + present. Through fluid sequencing that links breath with movement, this class creates a moving meditation on the mat.

EASE: Meditation Series

This 6 week meditation series is designed to help you release tension from mind and body. Take time to slow down and tune in. Each session includes: gentle movement, breath work, guided meditation + journal prompts. This series a great way to end the day.
