What: A 4 week Yoga + Mindfulness program designed to help prevent burnout. Learn tools and tips to help YOU:

  • reduce stress + tension in the body and mind
  • increase focus, creativity + performance
  • cultivate greater presence, compassion + connection. 

Who: Individuals working the corporate or entrepreneurial grind, or in healthcare or education, who are looking to reduce stress AND cultivate more joy and balance in their life.

Where: Online. All videos are pre-recorded and released each Monday over the 4 weeks, so you can do everything at your own convenience.
