SPA YOGA: 8 Week Series 🙂
Spa Yoga is a beautiful blend of hatha + restorative yoga with a fluid element to it. Focused on accessible and inclusive sequencing, trauma informed language, great attention on breath and more time for curiosity and discovery, each class leaves you feeling like you’ve just been to the spa :).
All Yoga levels welcome!
DAY: Thursday
DATES: May 4 – June 22, 2023
TIME: 7:00pm – 8:00pm EST
LOCATION: The School House (Collingwood, ON)
INVESTMENT: $222 for the 8 week series

Grief, Grace + Gratitude Workshop
Join us for this transformative , fun and interactive Grief Workshop on Sunday, May 7 2023.
Over the 2 hours we’ll:
1. Discuss what grief is and how it impacts our life
2. Explore simple techniques to help you feel grounded + safe in your body as you process grief
To focus of the workshop: to help you feel more empowered + at ease as you move through change / life.
Please wear clothing you can move in. Come with an open mind + bring a journal / pen 🙂

No movement or breathwork experience required 🙂

SPA YOGA: 8 WEEK SERIES
This hatha / restorative yoga series is designed to help you release stress and tension in the body + mind. Slow down, tune in and connect with your body + breath. You can expect to feel more grounded, balanced and deeply relaxed. This is a wonderful way to end the day.
LET GO: BREATHWORK + SOMATIC SERIES
This series is a great way to connect with your body, breath + heart! Each session teaches you ways to feel more embodied, grounded + present as you process the spectrum of emotions that arise from life, loss and change.
GRIEF, GRACE + GRATITUDE WORKSHOP
This interactive workshop is designed to help you better understand grief + teach you ways to feel safe as you process and release it out of your body. The workshop includes: movement practices, breathwork, meditation + discussion 🙂
