RELAX & UNWIND: Spa Yoga + Breathwork Series

It’s back again! :)

Join me for this relaxing 4 week Spa Yoga + Breathwork Series that helps you slow down, relax and reconnect :)

Spa Yoga is a beautiful blend of hatha + restorative yoga with a fluid element to it. Focused on accessible sequencing + great attention on breath – each class leaves you feeling like you’ve just been to the spa :)

No yoga or breathwork experience required.

 

DATES: MONDAYS –> June 3 – 24, 2024
TIME: 5:15 – 6:15pm

INVESTMENT: $111 (incl. tax) per series

OUTDOOR – Spa Yoga in Collingwood

This summer, enjoy your practice outside at the Collingwood Arboretum :)

Take time to relax, release and just be. Join me for Spa Yoga + grounding breathwork in this weekly (weather dependent) drop-in class.

All Yoga levels welcome! Some movement experience suggested.

July 3, 10, 17 + 24

TIME:
5:30 – 6:30pm EST

LOCATION: Collingwood Arboretum (6 Hickory Street #3E5 off, First St)
* If it’s a rainy forecast, I will email you to confirm if the class is taking place or cancelled, 1 hr prior – by 4:30pm

INVESTMENT: $25 cash or e-transfer per class

WHAT TO BRING Yoga mat, water, blanket or towel for under your mat (if you want it)

RISE & SHINE Series: Slow Flow Yoga + Meditation

Start your Thursday mornings in July from the comfort of your home, cottage, hotel room or airbnb, with gentle + intentional movement, breath and meditation.

This 4 week series is a beautiful blend of  slow flow yoga + guided meditation. Focused on accessible sequencing and ending with a guided meditation – each class leaves you feeling energized + at ease – so you’re ready to start your day :)

Some yoga experience recommended.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying both yoga and meditation sessions with Edie. I love that she really takes time to curate her classes to suit the needs and comfort of her students. Participating in her Monday morning meditation session at my workplace was a great way to start my week. I noticed I felt more calm throughout the day and more focused in my work – compared to days that I did not meditate in the morning. Having access to yoga at the office, was wonderful as well. I always left her sessions feeling grounded and peaceful. Edie’s classes are a lovely way to show yourself and your team some self-care.
