LET GO: Breathwork + Somatic Release Series

Eeeekkkk! So excited to share this with you!!! LET GO is a specialty series – limited to 7 people – and runs for 8-weeks :).

Over the course of the 8 weeks we go deep – building confidence and capacity for you to be with + process heavy emotions – transforming your entire wellbeing as a result :).

Imagine feeling stable + at ease in the face of change, challenge or adversity? Imagine processing anger + using the momentuous energy from it to complete tasks vs. stuffing it down and feeling tense or defensive?

The practices shared each session to help you process each emotion, are Breathwork + Somatic Release. The emotions we explore + gain insights from are: courage, grief, anger, saddness, judgement, shame, fear and love.

Learn different ways to:
– feel safe in your body as you release emotions
– feel grounded in your body when triggered
– feel more empowered + at ease in your life

Spa Yoga – Weekly Drop-in Classes 🙂

Spa Yoga is a beautiful blend of hatha + restorative yoga with a fluid element to it. Focused on accessible and inclusive sequencing, trauma informed language, great attention on breath and more time for curiosity and discovery, each class leaves you feeling like you’ve just been to the spa :). “SLEEP WELL” WORKSHOP

Sleep is SOOOOO important to our wellbeing, yet often it is the first to go when navigating change, stress and burnout. Join me for this restful 90 minute workshop where you learn tools to help you fall asleep + stay asleep well through the night 🙂 The workshop includes some Yoga poses, grounding breathwork + other simple tricks.

LET GO: BREATHWORK + SOMATIC SERIES

This series is a great way to connect with your body, breath + heart! Each session teaches you ways to feel more embodied, grounded + present as you process the spectrum of emotions that arise from life, loss and change.

CONNECT & FLOW SERIES

This harmonizing slow flow + breathwork series is designed to help you feel relaxed, powerful, grounded + safe as you process and release stress out of your body. The sessions include slow flow yoga AND cleansing + soothing breathwork woven throughout the practice 🙂
