Spa Yoga at Everlove

Spa Yoga is a beautiful blend of hatha + restorative yoga with a fluid element to it. Focused on accessible and inclusive sequencing, trauma informed language, great attention on breath and more time for curiosity and discovery, each class leaves you feeling like you’ve just been to the spa :).

All Yoga levels welcome!

MONDAYS (weekly – ongoing) –> 7:00pm – 8:15pm

LOCATION: Everlove Healing + Yoga (Collingwood, ON)

INVESTMENT: $25 + tax per session

TUESDAYS (July 26, Aug 2, Aug 9, 2022) –> 6:30pm – 7:30pm

SATURDAYS (Aug 6, 13, 20 + 27, 2022) –> 9:30am – 10:30am

LOCATION: Duntroon Cyder House & Farm (Duntroon, ON)

INVESTMENT: $30 + tax per session

Cultivating Clarity: Breathwork + Meditation Workshop

Breathwork and Meditation are powerful practices proven to help regulate the nervous system, enhance circulation throughout the body, release energy (emotions, stress, trauma) stored in the muscles tissues AND bring a quality of spaciousness + clarity to the mind.

In this workshop, I will lead you through:

  • a short Spa Yoga practice to create more space around your lungs + diaphragm

  • grounding¬†+ activated breathing¬†techniques to anchor you into your body, bring clarity to your mind AND help connect you with the wisdom in your heart

  • guided meditation to help you integrate the breathwork and movement practices, so leave feeling empowered, blanched¬†+ at ease

If you’re ready to release stress¬†+ tension, feel more peaceful¬†+ aligned with¬†your life, and/or uplevel to greater consciousness, this workshop is for you :).

RELAX & UNWIND SERIES

This gentle stretch yoga + meditation series is designed to help you release stress and tension in the body + mind. Slow down, tune in and connect with your body + breath. You can expect to feel more grounded, balanced and deeply relaxed. This is a wonderful way to end the day.

RISE + SHINE SERIES

This flow yoga series is a great way to jumpstart your day! Each session is 60mins and seeks to help you feel more grounded, energized + present. Through fluid sequencing that links breath with movement, this class creates a moving meditation on the mat.

EASE: Meditation Series

This online meditation series is designed to help you release tension from mind and body. Take time to slow down and tune in. Each session includes: gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation + journal prompts. This series a great way to end the day.
