RELAX & UNWIND: Live Yoga Series

This 6 week gentle stretch yoga + meditation series is designed to help you release stress + tension in the body and mind. Slow down, tune in and connect with your body + breath. You can expect to feel more grounded, balanced and deeply relaxed. This is a wonderful way to end the day.

RISE + SHINE: Live Flow Yoga Series

This 6 week slow flow yoga series is a great way to jumpstart your day! Each session is 30mins and they take place 2x each week. Through fluid sequencing that links breath with movement, this class creates a moving meditation on the mat.

EASE: Meditation Series

This 7 week meditation series is designed to help you release tension from mind and body. Take time to slow down and tune in. Each session includes: gentle movement, breath work, guided meditation + journal prompts. This series a great way to end the day.
