Intro to Yoga + Mindfulness:

Reduce stress and tension in your life

What: A 4-week online yoga + mindfulness program to help reduce stress and tension in your work and personal life. Videos are pre-recorded and sent to your inbox each week, so you can do everything at your own convenience.

Who: Individuals working the corporate or entrepreneurial grind who are new or newer to yoga + mindfulness, and looking to make a change in their life.

This flow yoga class is designed to strengthen and stretch both your body and your mind. Learn how to connect more deeply with your breath and your body. This class seeks to help students feel energized, yet balanced and more relaxed.

This 75min flow yoga class + guided meditation aims to strengthen and stretch both your body and your mind. Learn how to connect more deeply with your breath and your body. This class seeks to help students feel energized, balanced and deeply relaxed.
